SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program Description

SignatureScience ("we", "us", "our") offers an SMS/text messaging program that sends transactional, informational order and account related notifications only to customers who have opted in, including:

  • Order confirmations
  • Payment confirmations
  • Shipping and tracking notifications
  • Out for delivery / delivered updates
  • Failed delivery or return-to-sender alerts
  • Other important account or order alerts

This program does not send marketing or promotional messages. We do not currently offer, and this program does not include, any marketing/promotional SMS use case. If that ever changes, marketing messages will only be sent to customers who provide separate, express written consent specifically for marketing communications, distinguishable from this transactional program.

Age-gated program. signaturescience.com sells research peptides intended for research use only and is restricted to visitors who are 21 years of age or older. Every visitor must affirmatively confirm they are 21+ via an age-verification gate before browsing the site (see our Research & Age Disclaimer), and every account holder confirms they are 21+ again during signup/onboarding before an account can be created. Because this SMS program is only available to customers who already hold an account, every subscriber to this SMS program has been age-verified as 21+ at both of these checkpoints.

2. How You Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS notifications by providing your phone number and affirmatively enabling "SMS Notifications" in your Account Settings. This requires an active account, which — per Section 1 — can only be created after confirming you are 21 years of age or older.

By opting in, you consent to receive automated text messages from SignatureScience at the mobile number provided, using an automatic telephone dialing system or similar technology, for the transactional purposes described in Section 1 only.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase or of using our services. You can browse the site, place orders, and manage your account entirely without enabling SMS notifications — order and shipping updates are also always available by email and in your account's order history.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your order and account activity. You may receive multiple messages per order (e.g., confirmation, shipped, delivered) or none if you have no active orders.

Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan. Contact your carrier for details about your text messaging plan.

5. How to Opt Out

You can opt out of SMS notifications at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any text message we send you
  • Disabling "SMS Notifications" in your Account Settings
  • Contacting us at the email or phone number listed below

After you reply STOP, we will send you a one-time confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt back in. You may re-enable SMS notifications at any time from your Account Settings.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our SMS program is supported by most major U.S. mobile carriers. Availability is not guaranteed for all carriers or devices.

8. Privacy

Your phone number and SMS opt-in status are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.

9. Changes to This Program

We may modify or discontinue the SMS program, or update these terms, at any time. Continued participation in the program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
